Prediction(on 22.12.08) : RBI will cut the Repo rate by 100bps to 5.5% and Reverse repo rate by 100 bps to 4% before January Credit Policy. No change in CRR.
Fate : RBI cuts the Repo rate by 100bps to 5.5% and Reverse repo rate by 100 bps to 4 % on 2nd January way before Credit policy on 27th January.However, it also cut CRR by 50bps to 5%.
